Work with Associate Artist Heidi Sharp to unleash vibrant layers and captivating depth in your prints with the magic of Reduction Linocut.

YOU ARE BOOKING A TWO PART COURSE:

1st Session: Tuesday 31st March, 6.30pm to 9.30pm
2nd Session: Sunday 5th April, 10.30am to 1.30pm

How Does It Work?

  • Start with the lightest color: Carve away all areas that will NOT be printed in this first layer.

  • Print the first layer: Ink your block and print it onto your paper.

  • Carve again: Cut away more of the block to reveal the areas for your next color.

  • Print the second layer: Ink with your new color and print it over the first layer.

  • Repeat: Continue carving and printing each subsequent layer, working from light to dark, until your final image emerges.
